The staff and Dr Dickerson are so helpful and kind! I really appreciate their perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness! From the front desk to ordering contacts and lenses they are top tier at providing care!

Me and my wife have been going to Pelham by Care center for about two years and we love it the nicest people great doctors I had an emergency I had a foreign object in my eye I did not have an appointment I went up there they said the doctors were at lunch But she would explain to them what I had and immediately I was called back to pull this object out of my eye they were so nice so helpful completely thorough and they got me right in during their lunch hour it was amazing it shows integrity it shows that they care about their patients Because I was sitting there in pain I cannot give them a high enough rating

I brought my prescription to get some new glasses. John assisted me and he went beyond the call of duty, taking time to help me find appropriate frames, ensuring we get the best lenses for our dollar and our eye-health needs. He explained everything clearly regarding insurance and our cost. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience very pleasant. There is another lady technician that works with patients needing glasses who is every bit as kind and accommodating, as well. No wonder we keep coming back to these great folks!
